Whether it’s environmental insults, chronic stress, chronic inflammation, physical or mental stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, adrenal dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, hormonal disarray, nutritional deficiencies, or just burn out…we have solutions to put you on a road to recovery with improved energy. Some recovery paths can take longer than others, however, we have many therapies that can support the energy levels while you’re healing.
Comprehensive thyroid evaluations include an in depth look at TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3, Thyroid Antibodies Anti-TPO and Thyroglobulin, and a four point saliva Cortisol Panel. A true look at what the hormones are doing at the tissue level includes a saliva hormone panel. Often, one may think their chronic fatigue or hot flashes and night sweats are a direct result of thyroid, cortisol, or hormonal dysfunction. However, a thorough history, physical, and environmental exposure evaluation may prove the root cause of these issues is deeper than the endocrine system.
Bloating, constipation, diarrhea, reflux, and abdominal cramping are commonplace, yet can cause you to be miserable. You get prescribed an acid reducer and it helps some, but what you don’t know is all the other problems it’s causing. Typically, we have bowel issues related to our intake of foods laden with pesticides, heavy metals, GMOs, preservatives, and engineered ingredients. Sometimes we have bowel issues related to copious antibiotic or acid reducer medications. Chronic exposure to toxins can also contribute to destruction of the integrity of the intestinal lining. These things can foster an environment for leaky gut, which means we develop sensitivities to many foods. These sensitivities can cause multiple bowel issues, including the ones listed previously.
Peptides are found in the body and send messages from one cell to the other. The message that is sent depends on which peptide is carrying the message. Peptides specifically help reverse aging by detoxing, repairing, and renewing cells. They also help cells with irreversible damage to die and rid the body of those cells. Peptides can help with inflammation, tissue repair, weight loss, muscle building, memory, pain, and more.

TESTIMONIALS

After 40 years, 28 surgeries, and 40 different doctors, I finally was diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome secondary to mold exposure in my work and home. After removing myself from the causative environment and now receiving targeted therapies for the underlying problem, I’m on a path to getting better.

Over the years I have been put on medications for my anxiety and fibromyalgia that didn’t really work. I have utilized acupuncture, craniotherapy, mindful meditation, and started seeing Kim to discover and address the underlying issue and clean up my diet. I have weaned off of my anxiety medications and am almost off my Lyrica and feeling better than ever.

I have been a patient of Kim’s for 8 years. When I came to her I was frustrated and had been to many different providers. Kim helped me improve the Hashimoto’s, put me on compounded thyroid medication, and took me off my Synthroid. I began to feel better than I ever had. Recently, Covid initiated an inflammatory response that caused me to have several neurological symptoms. Just to be thorough, I was referred to a neurosurgeon. I was a surgical candidate, but did not want to undergo surgery at that point. Kim worked on decreasing the inflammation and detoxing me and I am much better. My neurological symptoms have been improving every day.
